About Michelle
Early in my career, I worked at a larger accounting firm preparing business tax returns. Year after year, I watched the same thing happen — business owners would come in, hand over their documents, get their return filed, and leave without a single conversation about what it all meant.
No planning. No guidance. No answers to the questions they were too afraid to ask.
They weren't just being underserved. They were being ignored.
That bothered me deeply. These were hardworking people who had poured everything into building their businesses — and their CPA's job ended at the signature line.
So after 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting, I decided to build the firm I always believed should exist.
